Returns Policy

At Barman Rice, we strive to deliver our high-quality rice to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace the product for you.

What is considered damaged?

  • Broken or leaking packaging
  • Damaged or opened product container
  • Evidence of tampering with the product

Unboxing Video Requirements

  • The video should start from the package still sealed in its original shipping box/envelope.
  • Clearly show yourself cutting or opening the packaging to reveal the contents for the first time.
  • Capture the entire condition of the product and packaging, including any visible damage.
  • Ensure the video is well-lit and allows for a clear view of the product and packaging.

How to initiate a return

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In your email, please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and a clear unboxing video showcasing the condition of the package upon arrival.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept replacement requests forĀ  undamaged products.
  • By submitting a replacement request, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand these requirements for unboxing videos.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will promptly send you a replacement of the same product(s).
  • We currently do not offer refunds for damaged products.
